Future Litter Coming Summer / Fall 2021
At Husky Acres, we strive to place our puppies in their forever homes, and that any new owner knows what to expect living in the Husky World. During our time with the puppies they will be learning from mom & dad. They will be socialized with adults and children, and other dogs (once they have the first set of shots). We also focus on potty training, so you will not be starting at step 1. Our dogs live inside as part of the family and the puppies will be indoors as well, so we can start house training them.
One important thing to remember about huskies, they are pack dogs. They do not like being alone by themselves. So the best type of home is one where someone is home most of the day or have other pets.
As a breeder, I strongly encourage anyone who puts a deposit on a puppy to come and visit them weekly so they can get use to you & your family. It is amazing to watch them grow, see their personalities, and create a bond with them. If you are not able to come see them, We are more than happy to send updated photos and videos. Once you have chosen your new addition's name, we would love to start calling the puppy by that name.
All of our puppies will be checked by an AKC registered vet multiple times before being sent to their new homes. Our dogs have a clean bill of health and we want to make sure the pups are the same. We take them to the vet within two days of birth for a health check and to remove their dewclaws. Then we will see the vet for deworming and shots. When you take the puppy home you will have all of the medical records and a health guarantee.
When it's time to take home your new family member, we will have exposed them to an infant, children, loud noises, and other dogs. We will have started to house / potty train them. We will be sending you home with a puppy kit! The kit includes all of their paperwork, a small bag of puppy food they have been eating, a food bowl, a blanket that smells like their litter mates and mom, and a few toys.
Alexander turned 3 years old in April. He has such a great personality! Very mellow and lovable. As of right now, he is our only stud and has no problem creating healthy pups. He is fully registered with the AKC.
He has produce 4 litters (27 puppies)! His litters given us different colors each time.
-If anyone is looking for a stud for their female we would be open to that option as well.
We have officially retired our sweet Stella. She welcomed 15 puppies into the Husky Acres family. We care more about the health of our animals, so during her C-Section we made the decision to spay her. As much as we would've loved to keep her active in our program her life is more important. She know just hangs out with us while teaching her sister Denali.
Miss Denali turned One this past November! She is so sweet and loving. She welcomed 7 Healthy puppies this past December!. Her personality traits make her a perfect mom. We strive to have healthy, smart, loving pups - this is exactly what she gives us. We hope she will have another litter late summer / fall 2021. We have already started taking deposits.
Sir Odin is an amazing stud. He is the most gentle, loving husky- taking after his dad Sir Alexander of Husky Acres. He produced his first litter with Stella this past December., we had 8 gorgeous puppies. He is available for Studding - if interested please let us know..
Odin is from Kacy Kahlua and Sir Alexander.
